Nizuc Resort & Spa Cancun

Service was perfect, and the amenities were luxurious. The on-site fitness facilities are excellent, while childcare is great. The food was generally excellent, although a bit expensive. I was blown away by the attentiveness of the staff, especially the concierge who made dinner reservations for us. I'd highly recommend this resort.

Resort of 274 suites or villa but everything is done in the layout to preserve the intimacy of each one. Multiple locations, 6 restaurants, three beaches, several swimming pools... A haven of peace in Cancun!

poor insulation of the bedroom door and need to slam it to close it, resulting in a startled alarm clock when the neighbour comes out of his room. Two nights in a row waking up at 4am once by the neighbor who kicked his door and then at 6am by the discussion that followed with the hotel staff right in front of our door. the night before by a person from the hotel who was shouting to be heard from a person who had turned the sound up in his room always at 4H in the morning...

A luxurious haven, it was the perfect retreat for my holiday. the Spa & Wellness Centre and outdoor swimming pool were exclusive amenities that left me feeling utterly pampered. the service from the friendly staff was impeccable, from the poolside snack bar to the on-site restaurant. the full body massage I received left me feeling rejuvenated and stress-free.

While there were plenty of areas to relax on the beach, it would have been nice to have more shaded options.

location, setting, infinity pool, rooms, service, everything was exceptional. little out of the way, didn't look too much like Cancun!

The buildings annexed to the main hotel: too far away, you need a golf cart to get closer to the beach and restaurants! We asked to change rooms right away because we felt too isolated in building 8: we did not spend the same stay! Exceptional main building, huge balcony, view on the bay, beach and swimming pool. For an extra charge of course.

Everything! This is the second time we've stayed at the Nizuc. It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is of quality as well as the service. The swimming pool and beach areas are beautifully maintained. A very nice place!

Beautiful property, excellent service and spacious rooms. A wide variety of restaurants with great wine selection. Spectacular snorkeling experience. Relaxing and secluded beach. Impressive spa and superb kids club.

The service was impeccable and very friendly. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy our every need, even granting us an early check-in and late check-out. The lifeguard accompanied and swam with us at the private coral reef without any extra cost. The food was extraordinary, with everything fresh and prepared on-site. It is an exquisite retreat where you'll be treated like royalty.

Felt at ease, nothing to complain about.

I stayed at a luxurious resort in Mexico with beautiful gardens and an amazing ocean. The location was ideal, with several restaurants offering delicious food. The rooms were spacious and updated, with a big bathroom and comfortable beds. The service was outstanding, and the staff took great care of us. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the gym was state-of-the-art. The resort had golf carts for easy transportation.

The only downside was the seaweed in the ocean that required constant attention.

The ocean view rooms didn't live up to expectations, with some guests receiving garden views instead.
